Enterprise cybersecurity is well understood; however Public Safety organizations have concerns that go beyond those of enterprise systems. APCO, NIST, CISA, and others provide a wealth of technical information, but often lack in providing the clear direction needed to move these technical issues into effective action. The gap between awareness and action is often caused by the need to develop a “Culture of Cybersecurity” spanning the many layers within an organization. This session deals with this critical issue and provides suggestions to improve your organization’s Cybersecurity culture.
