This session explores how transformational leadership drives technology adoption in ECCs by reducing resistance, building confidence, and enhancing readiness among telecommunicators and supervisors. Participants will learn how vision framing, effective communication, psychological safety, and coaching influence perceptions of new tools. Attendees will gain practical strategies to support successful integration of next-generation technologies, identify leadership behaviors that foster adoption, and assess organizational readiness for implementing emerging operational solutions

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how transformational leadership influences ECC personnel’s openness to adopting new technologies by fostering trust, clarity, and motivation.
  • Identify and apply leadership behaviors that reduce resistance and build confidence in emerging tools.
