Experience a first-hand account from a Communications Unit Leader (COML) responding to the July 4, 2025 Kerrville flood disaster, which impacted more than 100 miles of the Guadalupe River in the Texas Hill Country. This session explores the immediate challenges of establishing interoperable communications in rapidly changing conditions, coordinating multiple agencies across vast terrain, and supporting life-safety operations under extreme pressure.
