Learn contagious techniques to implement into your Center to help start change in culture, receive real life examples of things your Agency can do to promote positive attitudes, find out how you can appeal to the "new" generation of dispatchers in recruiting and discover new ways to boost your veteran up and retain their talent. This session will also provide you with the ingredients needed to create a Peer Support group within your area.
