States and PSAPs have invested millions in next-generation 9-1-1 networks, yet critical incident information is still trapped across portals, disconnected systems, and manual workflows. This session explores the next phase of NG9-1-1: transforming connectivity into coordination through standards-based information exchange, network-native delivery of critical information, and more seamless collaboration across agencies and jurisdictions. Attendees will examine how ESInets can evolve beyond transport to become the operational foundation for coordinated, real-time emergency response.
