Tony Hilley is an accomplished public safety communications leader with extensive experience in 911 operations, training, and organizational development. As Operations Manager for the Alpharetta Emergency Communications Center, Tony is dedicated to building high-performing teams, improving center culture, and championing innovative approaches to emergency communications.
Tony holds the Emergency Number Professional (ENP) certification as well as the Certified Public-Safety Executive (CPE) designation, two of the highest professional credentials in the 911 industry, demonstrating his commitment to excellence, leadership, and ongoing professional growth. He also completed APCO’s Certified Manager of Communications Centers (CMCP) program, strengthening his expertise in leadership, staffing, and operational efficiency.
Deeply invested in the future of 911, Tony serves on national and state-level committees, contributes to professional standards development, and mentors emerging leaders in the field. He is also passionate about mental health and wellness for telecommunicators, spearheading initiatives like MindBase to support those who serve on the front lines.
