Erica has 28 years of experience in emergency communications. She started as a 911 dispatcher at a small rural Sheriff’s Office and has since worked as a dispatcher and supervisor in a statewide dispatch center, a manager of an emergency communications center for a mid-sized international airport and currently works as an operations manager for the 14th largest city in the nation. She is currently the Vice President of the Ohio APCO Chapter and Chair of the APCO Health & Wellness Committee.
