Kathy Hogan has served with the Metropolitan Nashville Department of Emergency Communications (MNDEC) for over 20 years, including six in the Operations Division. A U.S. Army veteran and Lipscomb University graduate in Social Work, she is certified as an RPL, TERT Leader, COML, and INCM. Kathy has extensive experience managing natural disasters, mass casualty incidents, and large-scale events. A long-standing member of the MNDEC Peer Support Program, she is passionate about resilience and team wellness. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys Marvel, K-Pop, and baking, and actively supports breast cancer fundraising efforts.
