Robert Mann is the Principal Officer of Semper Fi Professional Development. He has previously delivered the keynote addresses on Creating Thriving Cultures for the IPSTA and the Dakotas conferences. He has authored articles for the Journal of Emergency Dispatch and The Call.
Robert has developed a multitude of NENA courses and is a NENA instructor. He is also the CEO of SafeSourcedUSA, a non-profit focused on the integrity of the supply chain for critical medical products.
Robert is a Marine Corps veteran, former law enforcement officer, and government contractor with extensive experience in special operations and training. He seeks to share his successful experience in coaching others to higher levels of performance and success through the application of proven techniques.
