Ernest Calbillo

Public Safety Communications Lead
Provost Marshal/Protection Directorate, U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM)

Mr. Ernest Calbillo serves as the Public Safety Communications Lead for IMCOM, overseeing enterprise LMR, CAD, NG911, EMWN, and FirstNet capabilities across 104 Army installations. He is the Directorate Information System Security Officer, ensuring cyber compliance for more than 200 systems, and Program Manager for the FEDSLEVES initiative, guiding equipment standardization for over 2,000 law enforcement vehicles.
With more than 30 years of Department of Defense experience—including service in Air Force Security Forces, the defense industry, and as a Department of the Army Civilian. Mr. Calbillo has supported major Air Force and Army commands worldwide. He brings expertise in law enforcement operations, physical security, antiterrorism/force protection, investigations, risk management, logistics, contracting oversight, and program management.
