Jeremy Elder

Director of Product Experience Technology

Jeremy Elder is the Director of Engineering Technology for L3Harris where his responsibilities include driving the technology strategy, overseeing standards contributions, and leading the team that owns systems architecture and cybersecurity. Jeremy has 25 years of experience in the LMR industry and has held various positions in product design and development, engineering leadership, and product management. He is also a P25 subject matter expert who represents L3Harris on TIA-102 committees and has authored several P25 standards. He is a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager and a Certified SAFe ® 5 Agilist.
