I have been a telecommunicator for almost 20 years. I am a shift supervisor, a certified training officer and the alternate TAC for my agency. I also teach classes for neighborhood watch groups and elementary schools about 911. In my free time, I visit nursing homes with Baxter, a 3.5 year old pug who is a certified therapy animal.
