I am a Senior Supervisor, Training Coordinator, and Agency TAC at Athens County Emergency Communications with 27 years of experience in public safety dispatch. I am a APCO RPL, APCO Certified CCM and Supervisor, PST 1 7th Instructor, Agency Instructor, Founder and Lead Instructor of Morgrace Critical Response where I created and instruct a 4hr course "Alzheimer's and Dementia for First Responders" as well as other public safety trainings for all first responders, and a Outreach Speaker for the Central Ohio Alzheimer's Association. I am passionate about improving training, boosting morale and fostering leadership development within my agency and across first responder teams.
