Since transitioning into education, Lisa has remained committed to advancing the profession by teaching at community colleges across North Carolina and presenting at multiple public safety conferences throughout the state. She is passionate about equipping current and future telecommunicators with the skills, resilience, and confidence needed to serve their communities effectively.
