Phyllis Fuller has served as the Next Generation 911 Program Coordinator for Peninsula Fiber Network since January 2018. Her 911 career began in 1993 at Barry County Central Dispatch, where she spent 25 years progressing through roles as telecommunicator, supervisor, and director.
She holds a Bachelor of Organizational Administration from Central Michigan University and has been an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) since 2010. Phyllis has also contributed extensively to Michigan’s public safety community, serving as Treasurer for MI APCO since 2009 and chairing the State 911 Committee’s Certification Subcommittee.
