As the Manager of the Public Safety Communication Centre, Terri Sartori brings over 20 years of public safety and emergency response experience. Since July 2019, she has significantly impacted the CPKC Public Safety Communication Centre. She leads the team coordinating critical information among CPKC entities, CPKC Police, first responders, regulatory agencies, and the public, while overseeing emerging technologies, critical incidents, and daily activities in a safety- critical environment.
Terri served at STARS Air Ambulance over 15 years. She held several key roles, including Support Services Manager and Operations Manager, where she developed new revenue streams, oversaw technological advancements, and optimized patient care through strategic initiatives.
Terri holds a B.Sc. in Psychology with a Neuroscience specialization and a Biology minor from the University of Calgary and has completed business and project management courses to enhance her professional skills. She is currently completing her MBA with an expected graduation date of April 2027.
