As the Manager of the Public Safety Communication Centre, Terri Sartori brings over 20 years of public safety and emergency response experience. Since July 2019, she has significantly impacted the Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) Public Safety Communication Centre. She leads the team coordinating critical information among CPKC entities, CPKC Police, first responders, regulatory agencies, and the public, while overseeing emerging technologies, critical incidents, and daily activities in a safety-critical environment.
Terri holds a B.Sc. in Psychology with a Neuroscience specialization and a Biology minor from the University of Calgary and has completed business and project management courses to enhance her professional skills. She is currently pursuing her MBA and is halfway through the program, with an expected graduation in April 2027.
