With a pop culture twist, it guides newcomers in navigating workplace dynamics while equipping supervisors with strategies to recognize and address toxic behaviors. Emphasis is placed on understanding exclusion’s impact, encouraging respect, and creating a supportive, unified environment. Attendees do not need to be well-versed in "Mean Girls" to understand this message of how cliques can hinder morale and effective teamwork.
Learning Objectives:
After attending this session attendees will be able to identify the difference between a healthy clique and an unhealthy clique. This identification is the crucial first step in maintaining an inclusive culture.
