If you are just one degree off in a long journey you will never reach your destination. Many of us in the communications center have been operating one degree off for years and we no long recognize where we are going. Over a long period, there have been small changes in our attitude, a small deviation in our actions – in the beginning they were hardly noticeable. However, over the years, these individual actions have mounted up and started to impact our general demeanor and the way we do our job. This leaves us feeling adrift.
