No Village, No Problem is a practical, honest look at balancing work and home life when your “support system” is…mostly you. This class helps 911 professionals identify stressors, build healthy boundaries, and develop realistic routines that actually work. Through guided reflection and simple tools, attendees learn how to navigate mom guilt, divorcee guilt, shiftwork challenges, and caregiving demands—without burning out.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify personal stressors and workload patterns that contribute to burnout, and apply practical strategies to balance work, home, and caregiving responsibilities without a traditional support system.
  • Develop and practice realistic boundary-setting techniques that help protect emotional, mental, and physical well-being—especially for those navigating single parenting, shiftwork, or caring for aging or ill family members.
  • Create a personalized sustainability plan that incorporates routines, guilt-management tools, and daily habits designed to maintain stability, reduce overwhelm, and support long-term resilience in both personal and professional life.
