This session focuses on how AI is being used today to better support the people wearing the headset by reducing workload, improving visibility and helping leaders identify what matters most across calls and team performance. Using real-world examples from Eventide’s Critical Insights, we’ll explore how purpose-built technology can surface key insights, highlight high-stress calls and create more opportunities for coaching and recognition. By making everyday data more visible and actionable, AI enables leaders to take a more proactive role in supporting their teams.
