Shauna Henrie, CPE, CMCP, MLIS, CPM; is the Communications Manager for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, where she leads the Public Safety Communications Bureau in delivering high-quality, community-focused service. With more than two decades of experience, she currently oversees 911 operations, personnel development, and strategic initiatives that support law enforcement, fire, and EMS services. Shauna is recognized for her leadership, developing future leaders, and advancing professional standards in public safety communications. She is actively involved in regional and national public safety communications initiatives and frequently contributes to training and professional development efforts within the industry. Passionate about the critical role telecommunicators play as first responders, Shauna works to elevate the profession while fostering a culture of resilience, teamwork, and service.
