My name is Casey Miller, and I’m a Communications Specialist and Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL).
I have just over 11 years of experience in 911 dispatch, with most of that being a CTO. I began my career with a challenging training experience that shaped my commitment to improving dispatcher education. Over the years, I’ve taken on roles as a trainer and program developer. After my agency merged into a combined communications center in 2018, I led the development of our training program which was tailored to our evolving needs. My goal is to share practical, experience-based strategies that help build confident, capable dispatchers—and strong training teams.
