First Responder Network Authority
Sam Moser is a Senior Advisor for Defense and National Security at the First Responder Network Authority within the US Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications, and Information Administration (NTIA). His current role is ensuring the DOD and National Security are knowledgeable about the congressionally mandated Nationwide Public Service Broadband Network known as FirstNet with its assured and resilient services that are available and build out of FirstNet with 5G across federal and DOD installations.
Prior to this assignment, Mr. Moser was the Deputy CIO and J6 at the White House Communications Agency with a career spanning across 41 years directly supporting 7 Presidents, 3 former Presidents and the Executive Office of the President staff. He has led, managed and trained numerous programs, innovation, resources and members of the WHCA that delivered Presidential Quality services and capabilities were always assured, resilient, global and ensured the “Voice of the President” can always be seen and heard.
Mr. Moser has a broad range of experience from his 22-year ARMY service, 20-year civil servant, owner and COO of M² Technology, senior technologist with Page One Science, VP Business Development with Turtle Mountain Communications, and contributor to the Naval Research Lab, Booz Allen Hamilton and DHS Science and Technology
