I am a Senior Supervisor, Training Coordinator, and Agency TAC at Athens County Emergency Communications with 27 years of experience in public safety dispatch. I am a APCO RPL, APCO Certified CCM and Supervisor, PST 1 7th Instructor, agency instructor and a Outreach Speaker for the Central Ohio Alzheimer's Association who created and instruct a 4hr course "Alzheimer's and Dementia for First Responders". I am passionate about improving training, boosting morale and fostering leadership development within my agency and across first responder teams.
