My name is Christopher Buss and I am the training manager at the Rochester NY Emergency Communications Department. I started in public service 26 years ago at a volunteer firefighter eventually becoming Deputy Chief. I also worked in EMS as an advanced provider prior to starting at the Emergency Communications Department in 2012. I started at the emergency communications department as a police dispatcher, then moved to a police, fire, and ems dispatcher, then to a shift supervisor, and now to my training manager position.
