I have been a telecommunicator for almost 20 years. Currently, I am a shift supervisor, an ENP, a certified training officer, an alternate TAC for my agency and will be obtaining my CMCP certification in August 2026. I also teach classes about 911 for neighborhood watch groups and elementary schools. I am a fur-mom to two pugs, Baxter and Benji and in my free time, I enjoy cross-stitching.
