Gary McNeely is a career Land Mobile Radio (LMR) professional with over two decades of mission-critical communications experience. He served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Radio Operator/Land Mobile Radio Manager, followed by 8 years as a Systems Engineer for L3Harris Technologies. For more than 10 years total, he has served as an LMR and Spectrum Manager for the Federal Government, ensuring reliable, secure communications across multiple agencies. He is currently the Tactical Communications Program Manager for the Department of Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID).
