iCERT

Sara Weston, PMP, ENP, serves as Executive Director of iCERT, where she leads the organization's efforts to advance public safety technology through collaboration, advocacy, and innovation. She is also the founder of 911der Women, a nonprofit that empowers women in the 911 profession through leadership development, education, and community.


With more than 20 years of experience in emergency communications and technology, Sara has worked alongside industry leaders, government agencies, and public safety professionals to help shape the future of NG911. She is a frequent speaker on leadership, innovation, and the evolving role of technology in public safety, and is committed to building partnerships that strengthen emergency response for communities nationwide.
