This session is designed to equip Communications Training Officers (CTOs), supervisors, and training program leaders with the skills, mindset, and frameworks needed to become truly exceptional trainers.
Participants will explore the core competencies of high-performing 911 trainers, including instructional communication, coaching adaptability, judgment-based decision-making, and effective feedback delivery. We will break down the difference between simply teaching tasks and developing confident, resilient, operationally sound telecommunicators.
