Allerium
Melissa Liebert is a Manager of Geographic Information Systems for Allerium. Before moving to the private sector, Melissa was chair of the Washington State NG9-1-1 GIS Subcommittee and has been involved in developing NENA documents including NG GIS Data Stewardship and Standards for the Provisioning and Maintenance of GIS Data to ECRF and LVFs. She has presented at URISA GIS-Pro conferences on topics surrounding NG 9-1-1 and best practices for data development and maintenance. At Allerium, she is one of the top advisors for NG9-1-1 GIS state deployments and works with state and local governments to ensure smooth transitions into NG9-1-1.
