Katherine Fox, ENP, serves as Emergency Communications Director for the Durango Emergency Communications Center (DECC) in Colorado, where she guides the center's leadership team, drives personnel development, and directs long-term strategic planning. With more than 17 years in public safety communications, she has led transformative initiatives that redefined culture, clarified priorities, and dramatically strengthened engagement across all levels of her team.
Katherine is deeply passionate about building sustainable, human-centered leadership practices in the high-stakes world of 9-1-1. She created the REACH Framework, a collaborative and people-first strategic planning model that empowers teams to co-create a shared vision and turn it into clear, measurable action.
