Mary Cooperman

Mary Cooperman is a 911 dispatcher and parent of children with special needs who knows firsthand the challenges of juggling emergency calls, shift work, and family life. With seven years in the ECC, she is passionate about wellness, team culture, and helping peers find balance. Mary shares honest stories, practical strategies, and a few laughs about what it really takes to thrive both on the radios and phones and at home.
